iStore in Lagos - The Customers' Review

The city of Lagos has just witnessed the grand opening of its first iStore, bringing a new season of premium tech accessibility for Apple enthusiasts.

In Nigeria, the iStore was initially located just in Jabi Lake Mall, Abuja. The store, in December, expanded to Ikeja City Mall, Alausa, Lagos, moving closer to the tech-savvy populace in the heart of the city.

For Apple enthusiasts in Nigeria, the long-awaited moment has arrived. The newly inaugurated iStore in Lagos operates as an Apple Premium Reseller (APR), presenting an opportunity to explore and acquire the entire spectrum of Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, Macs, Apple Watches, AirPods, and beyond.

What makes this iStore different is not just its product range but the excitement of walking into a store and purchasing Apple products at the not over-expensive price range, but directly from the manufacturing store.

Dedicated Apple-trained consultants, positioned as knowledgeable guides rather than mere sales staff, are on hand to assist customers with their needs and provide insights into the Apple gadgets. Positive reviews commend the store’s friendly staff and diverse product offerings, emphasizing the impact of this commendable service.

Speaking to a customer who visited the store: “Finally, an Apple experience worthy of the brand! The store is stunning, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and the whole atmosphere feels so premium.”

“I was hesitant about buying an iPad online, but the consultants at the iStore put all my worries to rest. They even helped me set it up with my Apple pencil and showed me all the cool apps,” another said.

More than a retail establishment, the iStore in Lagos is a community hub. Apple-trained consultants offer a personalized touch that makes the store a place of connection, exploration, and learning.

Tech enthusiasts should keep an eye out for events and workshops hosted by the iStore. These occasions present fantastic opportunities to learn from Apple experts, connect with fellow enthusiasts, and delve deeper into the Apple ecosystem.

“We are excited to be opening an Apple APR Shop in Ikeja City Mall where customers will receive a first-class shopping experience. Customers who want to learn more about Apple’s full lineup of products and other services can now receive personal support from our many dedicated Apple-trained consultants,” shared Kolapo Arogundade, Store Manager, iStore.
