This year’s edition will feature three key activities: a welcome party, Nigeria’s tech leadership roundtable, and the main event.

These will be held across three venues – Four Points by Sheraton, Club House, and Landmark Event Centre in Lagos.

Launched in 2021, Lagos Tech Fest has grown into Nigeria’s leading gathering for players across various verticals of the country’s tech ecosystem. With a strong focus on spotlighting opportunities within Nigeria’s tech space, the event will cover discussions on Fintech, Venture Capital, Crypto & DeFi, Payments & Banking, E-commerce, Talent & Workforce, Cybersecurity & Fraud, Digital Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Corporate Governance, Innovation & Governance, Capital Market Opportunities for Tech Startups, and more.

The packed agenda will include leadership roundtable, keynote speeches, panel discussions and other conversation and networking opportunities for attendees.

Speaking ahead of the event, Jamiu Ijaodola, CEO and founder of Eventhive, said,

“We are thrilled to be working with Mastercard as the Headline Sponsor at this year’s edition of the Lagos Tech Fest, demonstrating their commitment to Nigeria’s tech ecosystem, We have now expanded the event into two days, with welcome party, leadership roundtable, multiple stages, enhanced networking engagements forming the key features at this year’s edition of the event, all aimed at celebrating innovation across Nigeria’s tech ecosystem.”

Speaking ahead of Mastercard’s participation as the headline sponsor of the 5th edition of the event, Folasade Femi-Lawal, country manager and area business head for West Africa at Mastercard, said

“Mastercard is proud to be the headline sponsor of Lagos Tech Fest 2025, reinforcing our commitment to driving digital innovation and financial inclusion in Nigeria’s tech ecosystem. As technology continues to shape the future of commerce, security, and financial services, this event provides a vital platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and investment in cutting-edge solutions.
