Facebook will be live at this year’s AprokoNation Fiesta – Y2K Edition,  with immersive health and wellness experiences that celebrate creativity and connection.

The event will take place on Saturday, November 29 at Eridan Space, Ikeja, Lagos.

This moment aligns with Facebook’s ongoing efforts to spotlight how young people in Nigeria are using the app daily to connect, find inspiration and grow their creative presence.

“Facebook is a leading place for conversations about cultural moments around the world. We are thrilled to be live at the AprokoNation Fiesta, showcasing how young adults in Nigeria are meaningfully spending their time on Facebook to explore interests, and navigate the life transitions that come with adulthood – from joining Groups to find support for mental health and wellness, following Pages that share tips on healthy living, using Events to discover local fitness classes or wellness workshops, and much more.” said Oluwasola Obagbemi, head of Communications, Sub-Saharan Africa, at Meta.

AprokoNation Fiesta, popularly known as the “healthiest party,” is an annual, youth-focused wellness festival that inspires young adults to embrace healthier lifestyles.

This year’s fun-filled event, themed Y2K, taps into Nigeria’s growing wellness culture by showcasing simple and enjoyable ways to prioritise both physical and mental well-being.

“For us, the AprokoNation Fiesta is more than just a party; it’s a physical extension of the community we’ve built around making healthier choices feel cool. Partnering with Facebook this year is perfect because that’s exactly where these important conversations happen daily.

Whether you’re finding a support group for your fitness journey or learning quick health tips, Facebook is the platform where young Nigerians connect, learn, and don’t feel alone. We are excited to see the entire AprokoNation turn up, connect live, and prove that clean, healthy fun is the biggest vibe of all!” said Aproko Doctor.

This event will bring together creators, young adults and Nigerian celebrities to gather, connect, and create memorable moments at the Facebook-themed booth. Attendees will build authentic connections beyond their close circles and engage with vibrant communities that reflect the things they care about.
