Ogochukwu Geraldine Eloike (Radical) is a radical feminist, audacious Christian, education reforms advocate and an astute communications strategist with over a decade of experience as a communications consultant for both local and Multinationals.
As a communicator, her key strength areas are in orchestrating campaigns that drive behavioral change or instigate a certain level of paradigm shift to readjust human perspectives to both existing and emerging changes across various touchpoints.
Through her unique voice, Ogochukwu Eloike creates truth-based content for various platforms where she confronts various barriers to human mental and spiritual emancipation.
In her quest to entrench gender parity across all sectors and touchpoints, she wrote her first book titled ‘Ichabod: Daughters Who Did Not Inherit Their Mothers’ Silence’.
Through the book, she staunchly advocated for an absolute right of choice and self-determination for women and girls without being subjected to societal validations and approval. She made an applaudable argument for women noting that they are the core of every society and relationship as they bear the burden of sustenance, thus, it is appalling to see sexism place women in the background, the very gender that upholds the existence of humanity.
The book: ‘Ichabod’, is considered one of the most powerful self-help books for women in this century as it intrinsically interrogated the silence culture and its generational effects on women. More so, Ogochukwu Eloike provided practicable insights to women on how to deal with both existing and emerging gender issues that are designed to displace them emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
Her passionate and pragmatic commitment to breaking the silence culture and ensuring the right of choice and self-determination for women earned her some noteworthy awards and recognitions’ in 2023, she was recognized as one of the top 50 industry women in Nigeria that are disrupting the strategic communications space.
Ogochukwu Geraldine Eloike also received the Gender Change Agent award by The Industry Media.
Ogochukwu is also a strong advocate for education reforms in Nigeria and across the continent. Utilizing her unique voice and platforms she kick-started an education reform campaign themed #EducationNoBeScam.
She utilizes behavioral change communications to educate, inform, and enlighten the youths on the invaluable nature of education, proffering ways we can localize education content in Africa.
In the course of three years, she has engaged with relevant education stakeholders to have meaningful conversations around curriculum reforms, content localization, and improvement of education budgetary allocations in Nigeria.
She is always open to viable partners who are committed to pursuing a similar course of action. In her words, ‘Every society is a reflection of its education ideologies, thus, if you want to sustainably transform a nation, do so through education”.
When she is not creating strategies for her numerous corporate clients, Ogochukwu mostly engages and develops insightful content across all her social media platforms where she provides growth, career, and life transformational insights to her followers.

She was recognized by THE INDUSTRY as a Change Maker-Gender Advocacy, a well-deserved recognition that highlighted her unmatched commitment and efforts towards propagating gender parity in Nigeria and across the continent.
The award event which took place at Sheba Centre, Lagos Nigeria was organized by The Industry Women Conference spearheaded by Mr. Goddie Ofose, a veteran journalist. Through the event, notable industry stakeholders and key players were also recognized and celebrated for their various contributions to their industries of practice.
Ogochukwu was also listed among the top 50 Industry Women driving positive reforms and changes within their industry.
This recognition took into cognizance her over a decade of services as an astute communications strategist and PR Professional.
Through her invaluable creative skills and expertise, Ogochukwu has worked with both local and international brands to drive brand equity, affinity, and patronage.
As one of the keynote speakers, she delivered an excellent address on how women can effectively establish a work-life balance through precision decision-making and thinking. She noted that it has become a key imperative for women to have some skin in their game and not leave their life’s outcome to chance or their expectations of meeting a man who can solve all their problems as that is delusional and unhealthy.
Speaking on the award and recognition, she stated “It is an honour and an applaudable feat to be recognized for your value addition to society. Over the years, I have worked with different stakeholders to provide facts and insights on the negative effects of silence culture amongst women and how this culture affects women, families, and society at large. It is also based on the cumulated insight that I wrote the powerful self-help book for women called Ichabod: Daughters Who Did Not Inherit Their Mothers’ Silence. The aim is to ensure that across all our touchpoints, we are constantly interrogating the effects of silence culture on women and proffering viable solutions to it. I honour Mr. Goddie Ofose for providing a platform where women can be celebrated for the value they add to society.”
