NCC Stats: 9Mobile Increased its Subscriber Base by 63,362 in 2022

9mobile, the fourth largest Mobile Network Operator (MNO) in Nigeria, registered 63,362 new subscribers in 2022, TechEconomy can report.

9mobile Nigeria (then Etisalat) commenced commercial operations on 23 October 2008 in seven cities, with a promise to deliver innovative and quality services to its subscribers.

As at December 2022, 9mobile had 12,852,706 subscribers against 12,789,344 it recorded in December 2021.

The MNO offers a number of services; under its connectivity service, it has special packages for broadband, network solution, managed service and dedicated internet service.

It also offers hosting services such as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Cloud solution and Microsoft Office 365 package. With its Business Mobility service, 9mobile offers Internet of Things (IoT), mobile voice and data, and VT fleet solutions.

Its Unified Communication packages like the enterprise voice solution and video collaborative solutions are there for enterprise customers.
