The Nigerian Exchange Group Plc has officially confirmed the appointment of Ms. Obehi Ikhaghe as the Company Secretary, effective from 13th April 2023.

Before joining Nigerian Exchange Group Plc, Ms. Obehi Ikhaghe served as a Legal Counsel and Company Secretary for the Ready Mix and Aggregates Division at Lafarge Africa Plc, showcasing her proficiency in handling complex legal matters within the corporate sector.
Her academic qualifications are equally impressive, having earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the esteemed University of Lagos, and later, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the same institution, further solidifying her legal knowledge and credentials.
