While many startups are announcing new funding rounds, RemoStart is celebrating a different kind of achievement.

The AI- and blockchain-powered inclusive recruitment platform has reached a major milestone: 2,000 professionals have now been hired and paid through its system.

Speaking with Prince Uchenna Chukwu, senior product manager at RemoStart leading the platform and associated products, he emphasized that the company’s mission goes far beyond traditional hiring.

“One of our key motivations is to make hiring truly inclusive,” Prince explained. “We want a world where access to opportunities isn’t limited by postcode, skin color, or anything of that sort. Our goal is to create an equal playing field. It’s ambitious, but that ambition is what keeps us moving.”

Prince added that passing the 2,000-hire mark is a confirmation of the team’s commitment:

“We’re really excited to have reached this milestone. It’s a testament to the work the entire team has put in, and we’re even more excited about what’s ahead.”

Looking ahead, RemoStart plans to scale its impact even further by increasing the number of professionals it helps get hired and paid across global markets.

A major part of that effort involves developing tools that support workplace inclusion.

Prince revealed that RemoStart recently secured funding and is currently developing a new product called the Think Inclusion App, an AI-powered meeting tool designed to bridge communication gaps for speech-impaired individuals.

The application features a real-time sign-language translation system that converts spoken conversations into sign language, allowing speech-impaired users to follow discussions seamlessly.

Their sign-language responses are then translated back into synthesized speech, enabling smooth two-way communication during meetings.

With this upcoming product, RemoStart aims to extend its mission of inclusion beyond recruitment and into everyday workplace interactions.
