The phone maker has been consistent in delivering exceptional mobile smartphones and here are the top Infinix phone releases in 2024 with key features and specifications.

The Infinix GT 20 Pro is a gaming-focused smartphone that has gained attention for its outstanding specifications and features.

Released on April 26, 2024, the smartphone makes use of  MediaTek’s Dimensity 8200 ultimate 4nm 5G processor and is available in 8GB and 12GB RAM variants.

The Infinix GT 20 Pro is positioned as an esports-level gaming smartphone, signifying an assertive move for the company as it enters the competitive US gaming smartphone market.

Designed to deliver a holistic gaming experience, the phone provides the various needs of the wide audience of gaming enthusiasts.

This device has a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen display with a resolution of 1080 x 2436 pixels, and up to 144Hz refresh rate, making it great for gaming and videos. Additionally, it features audio enhancements such as dual speakers and great sound technology, aiming to deliver high-quality audio for an enhanced gaming and multimedia experience.

The smartphone is built with a 5000 mAh battery and 45W fast charging, ensuring extended gaming time without frequent recharging.

The Infinix GT 20 Pro is available in mecha blue, mecha orange, and mecha silver color options, with internal memory of 12+256GB and 8+256GB.

Aiming to offer a captivating gaming-centric experience, the phone combines powerful hardware, lovable display, and audio enhancements to meet the demands of modern mobile gamers.

The smartphone’s camera is made up of 108 MP + 2 MP + 2 MP triple rear camera with OIS, 4K at 60 fps UHD video recording and 32 MP front camera, which captures good details.

These specifications position the Infinix GT 20 Pro as a great option for gaming and video enthusiasts, offering powerful performance, a high-refresh-rate display, and advanced visual processing capabilities.

The price in Nigeria is around N250, 000.

The Infinix Note 40 is the base variant of the Infinix Note 40 series which include Infinix Note 40, Infinix Note 40 Pro, and Infinix Note 40 Pro+. The devices were launched in March, 2024, with amazing features and specifications.

The display is on an AMOLED panel that gets as bright as 1300 nits, making it one of the devices users can easily use outdoors.

It’s almost 6.8 size, with its 6.78 inches display which is big enough for entertainment. The refresh rate is at 120Hz and can be reset to 60 and 120 or auto switch.

Built with 1080 x 2436 pixels resolution, which is a full HD plus, the device has a triple camera, with the main camera built with 108 megapixels, it captures photos excellently.

With its 5000mAh battery capacity, users can use the device for a very long time without the fear of shutting down.

It also comes with a 45W charger at the box, and users can share their battery power with another device wirelessly, and again, a storage capacity of 8 GB RAM, and 256 GB internal storage.

The price of the Infinix Note 40 stands at N327,900 ($200) and about €180 making it affordable for budget-conscious buyers.

With the introduction of Infinix NOTE 40 Series and all-round fast charge 2.0 that bring users fast charge and 20W wireless Mag Charge, the phone comes with Cheetah x1, powering up to 50% in 19 minutes on Hyper mode.

The Infinix Note 40 Pro, released on March 19, 2024 can be used by users for gaming or watching movies on their smartphone while charging.

It allows users to charge the motherboard directly with the bypass charge 2.0, reducing heat buildup by 4.0°C. It was also built with a wireless charge, meaning the phone is capable of charging wirelessly.

The smartphone is 6.78 inches, 1080MP, and has a 3D-curved 120 Hz AMOLED display, as well as 1300 nits of brightness, making it vibrant, sharp and smooth, and fast with its high refresh rate. Gaming with this smartphone is good, as it allows users to game at high frame rates.

Infinix Note 40 Pro is powered by MediaTek Hellio G99 ultimate, with 8GB or 12 GB of RAM, and 256 GB of internal storage. The camera is a triple camera setup  capable of shooting videos in 1440P and 30FPS on both the front and rear camera.

The battery capacity is at 5000mAh with a 70W fast charge when charging on a non wireless charge, and charge at 20W wireless charge.

The phone is priced at $250, and N396,000, making it one of the best smartphones at this price rate.

Alongside the release of Infinix Note 40 Pro was also the release of the Infinix Note 40 Pro+ on March 19, 2024.

The smartphone is at the size of 6.78 inches, with a 1080 x 2436 pixels resolution. The device is displayed in AMOLED, 1B colours and 120Hz nits.

Infinix Note 40 Pro+ is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7020 (6 nm), with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. The device’s battery capacity is at 4600mAh, and non-removable, with a 100W fast charging, and 20W wireless Mag Charge.

Built on a triple camera, 108MP, f/1.8, (wide), PDAF, OIS; 2 MP, f/2.4; 2 PM, f/2.4. The device is available in two colours, obsidian black, and vintage green, priced at about €290.

5. Infinix Smart 8 Pro

Following the release of the Infinix Smart 8 smartphone in November 2023, the Infinix Smart 8 added a new member, Smart 8 Pro. The smartphone was released in January, 2024 in four colours: rainbow blue, galaxy white, shiny gold, and timber black.

Powered with MediaTek Helio G36 chip, the phone has a 2.2 GHz Octa-Core processor, which enables efficiency for its users.

With its 6.6-inch screen display, 90Hz refresh rate and  an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels, it gives users a great visual experience when streaming videos or gaming.

The device has a dual camera setup, featuring a 50MP shooter, a 0.3MP AI camera, and 8MP selfie camera which ensures clear self-portraits.

The 5000mAh non-removable battery makes it a great choice, especially when combined with its 100W fast charging capacity, this smartphone keeps users connected for a very long time.

6. Infinix Smart 8 Plus

The Infinix Smart 8 Plus is also a budget-friendly smartphone that was announced on January 30, 2024 after the release of Smart 8 Pro on January 29.

This phone has a 6.6-inch LCD display with 90Hz refresh rate and HD+ 720 x 1612 pixels resolution, as well as 500 nits peak brightness.

Powered by a MediaTek Helio G36 chipset, Infinix Smart 8 Plus comes in variants with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. It has a long lasting battery capacity of 6000mAh, 1080p at 30 fps video recording capacity, 8MP f/2 front camera, and 50MP+0.8MP rear camera.

The Infinix Smart 8 Plus price in Nigeria varies between N120,000 and N140,000
