GIG Mobility, a technology-driven transport and mobility company, has unveiled its transition into a full mobility ecosystem, as it unveiled an integrated digital platform designed to enhance travel & tour and customer experience.

The announcement was made at the company’s 2026 GIGM Product Conference in Lagos. Dr. Enahoro Okhae, the chief executive officer, said the move was driven by growing customer demand for broader mobility solutions beyond intercity bus services.

Speaking on PASS By GIGM – Premium Access to Simplified (Travel & Tour) Services, he said it serves as the company’s travel and tours division, offering comprehensive travel solutions beyond road transportation.

Okhae said the division caters to individuals, groups and organisations seeking convenient and professionally managed travel experiences.

He described the development as a major strategic shift for the company.

“We are no longer just a company that moves people from Lagos to Benin. We are now a global mobility organisation.

“What we have built is an ecosystem where everything around travel sits on one platform, bus transport, airline tickets, vehicle hire, tours, and soon hotels and insurance,” he said.

Okhae noted that the platform eliminates fragmentation across the travel sector by enabling users to access a wide range of services in one place.

“It became difficult to keep telling people we are just a bus company. The demand was clear, people wanted more, and we had to evolve,” he said.

Services available under PASS By GIGM include flight booking for domestic and international travel; curated tourism experiences and holiday packages; hotel reservations for short and extended stays; group travel management for corporate, social and institutional trips, amongst others.

By combining travel logistics, hospitality, tourism services, PASS expands the GIGM ecosystem into end-to-end travel solutions.
