Techeconomy is seeking the services of a qualified Marketing & Growth Lead [MGL] who will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and/or marketing, particularly within the Media, Advertising or Marketing industry.

You are essentially acting as a key point of contact between Techeconomy and its clients while maintaining customer satisfaction and market knowledge;

In simple terms, MGL’s focus is to drive business growth by securing new customers and managing existing ones through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identifying and prospecting potential clients through various channels like networking, cold calling, market research, and attending industry events.

Marketing/Growth Forecasting: Analyzing market trends and sales data to predict future sales performance and identify potential opportunities.

 Presentations: Delivering compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing the value proposition and outlining the benefits of the product or service.

 Customer Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.

Product Demonstrations: Presenting product features and benefits to potential customers, addressing their concerns, and demonstrating how the product solves their problems.

Negotiation: Negotiating pricing, terms, and contract details with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Closing Deals: Successfully converting leads into paying customers by addressing objections and finalizing sales agreements.

CRM Management: Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and manage leads.

Market Analysis: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform sales strategies.

Reporting and Analysis: Providing regular sales reports to management, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights into sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of HR and business consulting services
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in B2B sales and meeting sales targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree/ HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related field
  • Previous experience in Media | Advertising is a plus
