MTN's Go MAD

MTN Nigeria is set to bring its nationwide Go MAD (Make A Difference) campaign to Benin City today, Saturday, March 15, at 360 Lounge, GRA.

This initiative continues MTN’s mission of fostering community impact, digital empowerment, and cultural appreciation among Nigerian youth.

The Benin event promises a vibrant blend of technology, entertainment, and culture. Attendees can look forward to augmented and virtual reality experiences, a flash mob, traditional Edo dance performances, interactive games, and inspiring real-life impact stories.

Other highlights include Kahoot trivia games, a Go MAD puzzle, a pledge wall, and giveaways of MTN-branded merchandise and digital devices.

Launched in 2024, the Go MAD campaign has already visited cities like Abuja, Enugu, Calabar, and Ibadan.

The campaign encourages Nigerians to take small but meaningful actions that positively impact their communities. Each event showcases individuals leveraging MTN Data to drive social change, grow businesses, or share knowledge digitally.

In Benin City, the campaign will also celebrate Edo cultural heritage through traditional performances and symbolic expressions of local identity.

This aligns with its broader goal of inspiring positive action rooted in cultural pride and personal initiative.

MTN’s Go MAD campaign is more than just an event; it’s a movement aimed at youth engagement and national development through technology and storytelling.

By highlighting how digital connectivity can foster personal and community growth, MTN reinforces its commitment to empowering Nigerians.

The Benin activation will also serve as a platform for connecting with MTN customers and engaging the Edo community of content creators, small business owners, and influencers. With plans to expand the campaign to more cities in the coming weeks, MTN continues to build momentum for this impactful initiative.
