Xiaomi is recognized for the provision of quality and affordability to its customers. Now, you might think this means that they would compromise on the quality of these phones, but let’s quickly understand why Xiaomi phones have great features and yet are cheap.

This is because Xiaomi keeps profit margins low on these phones such that the prices are brought down low so they can contend against their counterparts in the market, however, they ensure premium quality is served making their phones last longer in order to remain relevant in the market.

Without much ado, let’s see a list of premium Xiaomi Phones released in 2023, highlighting some of their specifications and prices.

1. XIAOMI REDMI NOTE 12 PRO

The first on the list is the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12T Pro. This phone was released in June 2023 into the market. It has a triple rear camera system consisting 64MP, 8MP, and 2MP camera accompanied by a 16MP selfie camera capable of capturing super clear images and videos.

It has a 6.6-inch Dolby Vision display screen with a 144Hz refresh rate and runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 ultra-chipset and an Android 13 MIUI 14 Operating System.

The Note 12T Pro has different ROM/RAM capacity options ranging from 128GB/8GB, 256GB/8GB, 256GB/12GB, and 512GB/12GB giving the users a wider range of options to choose from depending on their task demands.

The 5G-enabled phone is also endowed with a 5080mAh 67W fast-charge battery built to give it at least 13.5 hours of screen-on power.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12T Pro is available in White, Black, and Blue variants with prices ranging from approximately NGN320000 to NGN 400000.

2. XIAOMI REDMI 12 5G

The Xiaomi Redmi 12 5G phone is a top-rated Xiaomi phone also released in the middle of the year with some similar features to the Note 12 Pro. Just like the Note 12 Pro, this one is also 5G enabled and runs on an Android 13, MIUI 14 Operating System.

However, the Redmi 12 5G phone runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 Chipset different from that of the Note 12 Pro.

Its battery is a high-grade 5000mAh Li-Po 18W battery. With a storage capacity ranging from 128GB ROM and 4GB RAM, 128 GB/6GB, and 256GB/8GB in addition to supporting an additional micro SD card.

The Redmi 12 5G has a 50 + 2 MP dual-lens rear camera and an 8MP selfie camera with HDR features. Users can choose from a range of colour options including Jade, Black, pastel Blue, and Moon Silver. Its price ranges from approximately NGN 120000 to NGN 150000.

3. XIAOMI 13 ULTRA

This is another 5G-enabled Xiaomi phone released in 2023 with superb features to cover the needs of users.

This phone has a unique body build with a pout at the back which accommodates the quad lens camera system consisting of 50 + 50 + 50 + 50 MP lenses and a flashlight. All 4 rear cameras are of equal capacity although, they have different functions.

This 4 rear camera system is accompanied by a 32MP selfie camera. These lenses all together make this phone a suitable choice for media geeks who want to utilize their phone camera maximally.

The phone runs on a Qualcomm SM8550 Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and an Android 13 MIUI 14 Operating system.

The Xiaomi Ultra comes in 256GB/12GB, 512GB/12GB, and 1TB/16GB ROM/RAM respectively with no memory card slot.

It has a 6.73-inch LTPO AMOLED Dolby Vision screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Xiaomi 13 Ultra is a 5000mAh battery-powered device with both 90W wired and 50W wireless fast charging features.

It has a wider range of colour choices which are Black, Olive Green, White, Blue, Orange, and Yellow. The price of the 13 Ultra varies from NGN 320000 to NGN 400000.

4. Xiaomi Civi 3

Released in May 2023, the Civi 3 has a rich list of features to help it make it on the list of Xiaomi premium phones.

This 5G-enabled phone has large memory capacity options from 256G to 512GB and 1TB ROM with no Memory card slot and it comes in either 12GB or 16GB RAM varieties. It has a relatively smaller 6.55-inch AMOLED Dolby Vision HDR10+ screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.

The Xiaomi Civi 3 runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultra chipset and an Android 13, MIUI 14 operating system. Its 4500mAh Battery comes with a 67W wired fast charge battery which charges to 100% in 38mins.

The Civi 3 phone has a 50 + 8 + 2 MP rear camera system and a 32 + 32 MP dual selfie camera for high-quality images and video production. Available in Purple, Mint, Gold, and grey colours, the Civi 3 is priced at approximately NGN170000 to NGN210000.

5. XIAOMI REDMI K60 ULTRA

This is a premium Xiaomi phone released in August 2023. It is a sophisticated phone with high-end features making it one of the best Xiaomi phones currently available in the market. The K60 Ultra is a 5G-enabled phone which runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ Chipset and Android 13, MIUI 14 operating System. It has different memory capacity ranging from 256GB/12GB, 256GB/16GB, 512GB/16GB, 1TB/16GB, and 1TB/12GB ROM/RAM respectively.

It’s endowed with a triple-lens camera system comprising 50 + 8 + 2 MP rear cameras and a 20MP selfie camera with an HDR feature. It is powered by a 5000mAh Li-Po battery with 120W fast charge feature which helps it charge to 100% in 19 minutes. Available in  Black, White, and Green colours, the Xiaomi Redmi K60 Ultra is priced at approximately NGN170000 to NGN220000.

This is to mention a few of the most sophisticated Xiaomi phones released in 2023 and are available in the market.

So, if you are in the market, looking to own a 5G-enabled phone with maximum memory space and still play with a budget, Xiaomi is a good direction to look.
